Women's introduction to Jiu-Jitsu (NO-GI)

Our women's only introduction to jiu-jitsu course is ideal for those curious about grappling and want to learn in a safe and controlled environment.   This 6 week course will focus on the fundamentals of jiu-jitsu to help you gain a better understanding of ground control and movement. Done without a uniform for 6 weeks you can wear shorts, track/yoga pants and a t-shirt, so, if its not for you, you aren't stuck with a uniform (because, closet space). 

All ages (18+) and fitness levels are welcome

March 9th - April 13th/ 2020

Every Monday  7-8PM

$100 includes the program (only cost)
