Our kids program focuses on sport and self-defense Jiu-Jitsu in order to provide each student with confidence to stand up for themselves. Our aim is to build well rounded athletes through fundamental principles, movement, fitness and a positive team environment.
Our fundamentals class has a strong focus on the core concepts and principles of Jiu-Jitsu and how to apply them in a practical and effective way on and off the mats. Whether it’s your first day with us or you’ve been practicing for years, fundamentals class is for everyone.
Our Basics class will focus on the basic principles of Jiu-Jitsu, learn the fundamental positions and techniques that are integral to building a strong foundation in Jiu-Jitsu. This class is best for beginners, white and blue belts and introducing your friends to Jiu-Jitsu.
All the good stuff we learned during the week will be revisited and drilled, ensuring our weekly practice can be tested and forged into your unique game. After all, that's the only way to become Tried & True.
Private lessons are perfect when you’re having trouble with a position, want to dig deeper, have extra questions, or just want to improve. Available during non-class hours for individuals or with a partner. Just ask a coach!
Competition classes will be added to the schedule when there is an up coming tournament. With a focus on high intensity drilling and movement this class will help each athlete create a specific mental and physical game plan for success on the tournament mats.
