 Our beginners program is specifically designed for those brand spanking new to Jiu-Jitsu. We won't hold your hand but we'll walk you through the basics and help you gain an understanding of Jiu-Jitsu concepts.  

All genders, ages and fitness levels are welcome

Every Tuesday and Thursday 6-7pm (January 21 - March 12)

$300 includes the program & your GI (because matching is so 'in' right now)
